Terms and Conditions

For Individuals:

By booking, you guarantee that you have read and understand all the information regarding your shoot package on the booking portal as well as the following terms and conditions:

All under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or Guardian.
Shoots can be rescheduled in writing by either party up to 12 hours before the start of the shoot.
Failing to show up to your shoot or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice forfeits your right to a returned deposit.
Each retouched, final photo includes unlimited non-commercial* usage licensing.
Usage licensing is only given for the photos processed via the checkout**. Use of any watermarked gallery images (apart from sharing the gallery itself or videos of it) constitutes a direct copyright breach.
Payment for the Full Package or Unlimited Package shoots is due by 11:59 pm the day of the shoot

* Meaning any cases where the image is not being used with the sole purpose of advertising or promoting a product. Any use in reference to the individual in the photo is permitted, including syndication for press

**Apart from in the 'Unlimited package', where this license extends to all gallery images, or cases where the full gallery has been purchased after the shoot

For Businesses:

Each booking is different by nature, so will be subject to it's unique contract.
